All photographs are the sole property of Media Images Photography. Purchasing, downloading, or commissioning images does not transfer copyright ownership.

Licensing

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use images for the agreed purpose (personal, editorial, commercial, or promotional) as outlined in their contract or purchase terms.

Restrictions

• Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
  
• Images may not be used in a defamatory, unlawful, or misleading context.
  
• Alterations are only permitted with prior written approval.
  

Commercial Use & Credit

Commercial and promotional use requires explicit permission or a separate licensing agreement. Credit to Media Images Photography must be given where possible (e.g., online posts, publications).

Enforcement

Unauthorized use of images may result in legal action and compensation claims.
